Brooke Gibbons

Brooke Gibbons

Brooke grew up in Swan Hill Victoria and received her qualifications at Flinders University of South Australia. She has worked in Mildura since 1999, initially at the Department of Education, then at Mildura Base Hospital for 14 years before starting her own business. She loves the diversity of working regionally and being able to continue to learn new approaches.

 

Brooke enjoys being a mum to Mackenzie, walking their dogs and spending time with friends. She an active member of the community, being on various committees and recently becoming a Foster Carer, which brings her and her family a lot of happiness and fulfillment.

 

Brooke is proud of her team and the work they passionately provide to their clients.

Sarah McGinty

My name is Sarah and I am entering my 7th year here at BG Speech Pathology. After taking some time off for my baby Effie, I am thrilled to get back into the office. I am most excited to be working within our ever growing team and amazing new office space.
I am passionate about all things speech, language and literacy!
I am excited to see what is in store for the team at BG Speech Pathology in 2023!

Sophie Bell

My name is Sophie Bell, I am a mum of two beautiful boys and I have completed my Masters of Speech and Language Pathology degree with Charles Darwin University in 2023.

I have worked with Brooke, Sarah, and the team during my studies and am excited to start my Speech Pathology career with BG Speech Pathology this year.

I am passionate about all things speech and language for children, and I can’t wait to see what is in store for 2024.

Aimee Geyer

My name is Aimee Geyer and I have recently joined the BG speech pathology team. I have just finished year 12 and currently taking a gap year before studying at university. By working at BG speech pathology, it will allow me to gain more knowledge and experience in the work field I wish to be in which is primary education and/or speech pathology. I am beyond excited for this year as I have the opportunity to work alongside the BG speech pathology team.

Hi! I’m Annabelle and I’ve recently joined the team at BG Speech Pathology. I’m so excited to be working as an Allied Health Assistant!

Last year I completed year 12 and I am undertaking a gap year this year before moving on to study at uni. I’m beyond grateful to have this opportunity to work in the field I’m hoping to pursue a career in! I look forward to meeting so many new people and work with an amazing team.

Hi, I’m Louise. I have recently joined the team at BG Speech Pathology as an allied health assistant. I am completing a gap year before heading off to study Speech Pathology at University.
I am incredibly excited and grateful to be working alongside Brooke and the team as I know it will bring knowledge and skills to help me grow. I love working with children and can’t wait to meet many new people whilst helping them develop and progress in their journeys!

Hi! My name is Darcey Chilton.

I have recently joined the team at BG Speech Pathology as an Allied Health Assistant. I’ve always loved working with children and helping them to reach their full potential. I have a background in Early Childhood and am looking forward to developing my skills.

Kadesha Hogg

Hi! I’m Kadesha.

I am excited to join the team at BG Speech Pathology and develop my knowledge to support children and adults who require intervention. I have a Diploma in Early Education and have worked in Childcare for the past 5 years. I am a positive and enthusiastic person, and I feel honoured to learn with children and support them and understand how they learn best.

Fun fact is I am also a qualified chef and have worked in and out of kitchens most of my life. I try to spend most of my personal time with people that mean the most to me and my fur babies.

I believe everyone should have a safe space to develop their knowledge, skills, and personality and to be their amazing self. I look forward to this amazing new journey!

Hi, I’m Chloe!
I am so excited to be joining the team at BG Speech Pathology in 2024 as an Allied Health Assistant. I am thrilled to be working with such an amazing group of people during my gap year. I’ve always loved working with children and helping them reach their goals. I’m so grateful to be working along side Brooke and the team and look forward to gaining knowledge and experience in a field I am very passionate about. Can’t wait to see what this year brings!

I have recently joined the BG Speech Pathology team, as an allied health assistant. I am undertaking a gap year, before I head off to study OT at Geelong University! I’m so grateful to be working with a fantastic, dedicated team, assisting to achieve the best outcomes for clients and also their families!
